$400 Per Session (9AM-1PM)

Session 2: $320 4-day weeks – for Juneteenth)

$450 Per Session (9AM-1PM)

*SPACE IS LIMITED, REGISTRATION TAKEN IN THE ORDER RECEIVED AND MANY WEEKS WILL BE CLOSED DUE TO MAXIMUM ENROLLMENT.  PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 48 HOURS TO HOLD YOUR SPOT.

We believe the power of summer camp compounds the longer your camper attends. Friendships deepen, skills build on one another, and counselors become more trusted mentors in your camper’s life. Many families choose to enroll in 3+ sessions and rave about the experience. See below for our spectrum of Multi-week Discounts.

Ages

Campers must be four years old by the time they arrive to camp up to 12 years old.  Junior counselor opportunities for kids 13-17 (25% discount- will have a role helping but will also get to participate).

Camp Hours

Camp runs from 9:00AM- 1:00PM 

Extended day hours 1:00PM-4:00PM

Extended Care

Camp Wild is able to offer PM Extended care to meet our camp families scheduling needs.  Our extended care will extend your camper's day to 4:00PM.

Extended Care (1:00pm to 4:00pm): $300 Per Week (Week 2 is $240 No camp For Juneteenth) after Early Registration.  Daily extended care MAY be available with pre-arranged scheduling and payment at a rate of $60/day.

Wait Lists

Any camper who applies for a session(s) that is full for their age group will automatically be placed on our waitlist. You will not be charged if your camper is on our waitlist and we will contact you if a spot opens up for your camper.

Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation / Refund Policy is as follows:

• (All cancellations must be submitted via email to info@wildrootslearningcenter.com)​

  • You are welcome to change sessions as needed at no cost, provided there is space available in your desired session, and the session length is greater or equal to the currently enrolled session. If you switch to a session that is shorter in length, the below policy applies.

  • All cancellations made prior to April 1st: Tuition returned, less $50 registration fee.

  • Cancellations made between April 1st & May 1st: Tuition returned less $250 non-refundable deposit for per enrolled session due to supplies and staffing for your registered camp.

  • Any cancellations made after May 1st: No refund.  If a payment plan is in place, you are still required to pay for the camp.

    • This includes cancellations due to illness, COVID-19, family emergencies, travel plans or simply a change of plans.

  • Camper sent home due to illness, COVID 19 protocols, or injury: No refund.

  • Camper registrations cannot be traded or exchanged. Available slots in a full session are filled from the waitlist based on date of application.

  • If Camp is forced to close or cannot operate for any reason, parents will be able to select their preferred cancellation option from our Camp Closure Cancellation Policy.
